TORONTO - Manager John Gibbons is shuffling his struggling starting rotation through the early part of the week. J.A. Happ will pitch Mondays series finale against the Oakland Athletics. Todd Redmond will be recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and pitch Tuesday against the Boston Red Sox. Josh Johnson, who was scheduled to pitch on Monday, moves to Wednesday. One option would be to place Happ on the bereavement list, which would require him to miss a minimum of three games, irrelevant given that hes a starting pitcher who works every fifth day. Rogers went 2-5 with a 5.48 ERA in 13 starts. His problems have spiked of late. Rogers has allowed 22 runs (20 earned) in his last three starts.
